Delivery Policy

SECTION 1 - DISPATCH

a. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

b. Our aim is to dispatch your online order as soon as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days during sale periods for the shipment to leave our warehouses.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY

a. Our standard delivery times are between 2-4 weeks, depending on the demand for that particular product and Event Outside Our Control under clause 2(e). Our standard delivery rates are contained within the online checkout summary for your product(s).

b. We deliver using third-party couriers and delivery providers, which may require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to receive your delivery, a note may be left for you indicating the pick-up location where you can collect it. We reserve the right to cancel your order and charge you for the costs we incur as a result and/or to charge you for any additional costs we incur in storing the goods if you fail to collect them within 21 days after the date on which we first attempted to deliver them to you.

c. Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you request for your order to be left at your delivery address, and a signature or physical hand-off of the product is not possible, Lumwee is not liable to replace the order or issue a refund should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after delivery of an order is completed.

d. We recommend that customers have their parcels sent to (the "ship to" location) a daytime address where parcels can be signed for and/or physically received.

e. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control such as public holidays, natural disasters, or various worldwide events. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within 30 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order).

f. We deliver to the locations listed in our delivery destinations (Section 3). However there are restrictions on some products for certain Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on this page carefully before ordering products.

g. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the product/s to the address you gave us. Our third-party couriers and delivery providers will at that moment mark the order on their website, in the section for tracking orders, with the status "Delivered", meaning that they have delivered your order in or at the mailbox. This status can be checked with the tracking number you'll receive from us during the delivery process. That further means that the products will be your responsibility from that moment onwards. Lumwee is not liable to replace the order or issue a refund should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after delivery of an order is completed.

h. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products then you may cancel your order straight away if any of the following apply:
- We have refused to deliver the products;
- Delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or
- You told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.

i. If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away, or do not have the right to do so under our Return Policy guidelines, you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.

j. If you do choose to cancel your order for late delivery under clause 2(h), you can do so for just some of the products or all of them, unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value. If the products have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the canceled products and their delivery.

k. Depending on your Delivery Destination your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We try and include all applicable duties and taxes in our rates where possible. However, please note that for deliveries outside of delivery destinations (Section 3) we have no control over these charges and we cannot guarantee that we will accurately predict their amount. Ultimately, these are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

l. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you any such law.

m. You must check your tracking number frequently in order to be informed about the status of your order at any time. Lumwee is not responsible for goods and is not liable to replace the order or issue a refund should you fail to collect your order within 21 days after the date on which the courier first attempted to deliver goods to you.

n. Since we are offering International FREE Standard Shipping, we are finding the best ways to deliver your order at no cost to your destination country. For some destinations countries we are working with shipping partners who are offering to deliver our orders without tracking number ensuring that the shipping times and delivery quality is according to international standards. Therefore, before ordering, in the Section 3, you must check if your shipping destination country has a tracking number option included.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMES  AND DESTINATIONS 

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders worldwide. You can contact us directly if you would like to arrange a faster shipping service.

Important notice: Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Lumwee cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that we at Lumwee will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise. 

SECTION 4 - SPEACIAL WORLDWIDE REGULATIONS

a-1.  As of March 1, 2018, the Swedish Customs imposed VAT on all non-EU origin e-commerce items (including mail). It will not distinguish value, and VAT will be collected from the recipient. The Swedish VAT rate is generally 25% if the value of goods is less than 150 euros. Sweden Post will also charge the service fee on goods below or above 150 euros and it might be from 7.5 EUR to 12.5 euros, depending on the item. Please check the current tax and import rates before you purchase from Lumwee.

a-2. As of March 1, 2018, the German Customs imposes a single customs clearance fee on e-commerce items. Deutsche Post AG will collect a single customs clearance fee of 6 euros, including VAT, through the recipient (for non-free customs duties or taxes Parcels, that is, parcels worth more than 22 euros). Goods below the 22 Euro threshold are not affected, compared to goods above 22 Euro that are subject to a customs clearance fee of 6 euros based on the original taxes. Please check the current tax and import rates before you purchase from Lumwee.

a-3. As of August 27, 2018, the National Postal Service in Brazil imposed a new charge for all international parcels received. The charge is $4.20 US and applies to all parcels that arrive in Brazil under the following modalities:

- EMS (tracking code starting with "E", includes ePacket)
- Colis Postaux (tracking code starting with "C".)
- Pequenas Encomendas Registradas (tracking code starting with "R".)
- Prime Exprèx (tracking code starting with "L")
- Pequenas Enconmendas Simples (no tracking code)

Consumers waiting to receive their international parcels must track their objects and pay the "despacho postal" charge. The delivery time starts once the payment is confirmed. Please check the current tax and import rates before you purchase from Lumwee.
